What would you do if you found a yahoo 360 profile of a known and registered sex offender?

I was surfing the internet and found a yahoo 360 profile of a person that i personally know and know that he is a registered sex offender, I did go ahead and do the search for the database, and looked him up again just in case, and yup he is still registered and is current. What would you do, and what could you do? Not so much that i dont talk to him, but what about the safety of others that might?

I think that Yahoo has a policy against sex offenders having pages on 360, but if not, I'm sure they would at least want to monitor where this guy goes when he's online. Send a message to Yahoo with the info.
