If you bleed after sex, can you be absolutely sure your hymen is broken?

I had sex for the first time and I bled a little after. Then when I tried the second time, the penetration still hurt just as much as the first time.

If you bled after your first sex, then for sure you have broken your hymen. It might hurt the second time because your labia might still be closed tight or your vagina might be tight enough for penetration.
